Can I request an invoice?
Of course! You can request your invoice within one month of your purchase.
How long does it take to deliver my order?

Do you do installations of the products?
We do not carry out installations. To do so, you will need to contact the Technical Service Centre of the brand of your product, whose contact information can be found in your warranty policy. Please note that any modifications required for installation, such as electrical and plumbing connections, are the customer's responsibility.
What warranty do the products offer?
All products purchased at Doma are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which will take care of any repairs due to damage or malfunction.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, of course! You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. If it has already been shipped, unfortunately returns are not accepted on purchased equipment.
